The contact point offers legal and social counselling and support for people with a precarious stay in Switzerland (asylum seekers, rejected asylum seekers). We inform, advise and accompany them through the asylum and immigration procedures. We provide legal representation, write applications and complaints and advocate for the protection of the rights of migrants.
Our contact point is low-threshold and counselling is free of charge.

You can drop by unannounced on these days and discuss your concerns with us. The advice centre is closed on official public holidays.

We offer advice in German, English, French, Persian and Russian. We can organise translations into Arabic, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, Tigrinia and Italian. For other languages, we ask you to bring a companion who can translate for you. If this is not possible, please contact us in advance by e-mail.

Please take all your documents with you, e.g. asylum or court decisions, other official documents and other important documents relating to your request, so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

As many people use our counselling service, you must expect to wait.
