Drop-in centre
Legal and social consultation
The drop-in centre offers legal, social and medical support, networking and information in favour of and in cooperation with persons with precarious residence status (asylum seekers, rejected asylum seekers, Sans-Papiers, provisionally admitted persons). We advocate for the protection of the rights of migrants and inform, advise and accompany them through the asylum and aliens law process. Our drop-in centre is accessible to all and the consultations are free of charge. However, they are aimed at those with little financial means.
Open consultation
- Tuesdays from 14:00 to 17:00
- Thursdays from 09:00 to 11:30
We offer open consultations on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings. On these days, you can drop by without an appointment and discuss your concerns with us. Appointments can also be made via the contact form.
In order to process your request as efficiently as possible, we ask you to bring all documents with you (e.g. asylum or court decisions, other official documents and other important documents relating to your situation). Due to the high demand of our open consultations, there is likely to be a wait.
The consultations take place at our office: Schwarztorstrasse 76, 3007 Bern
